Gavin has over 25 years experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Treasury and Financial Management, Risk Management and Natural Resources. He also specialises in advising and structuring Financial and Treasury management products and implementing Risk management and mitigation frameworks at an enterprise, business-specific and prudential risk level.

Strong entrepreneurship professional with a Bachelor of Business focused in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and governance qualifications.

Simon Fraser

Simon is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with a focus on resources, energy and infrastructure; mergers and acquisitions; and major projects.

Robin Coombe
Director business development
Robin brings strong international experience in LNG and gas-related projects to Venice Energy.
He has advised the likes of Chevron and Jera on some of Australia’s biggest gas projects on the Northwest Shelf and at Wheatstone.
With a degree in Engineering and an MBA, Robin is leading negotiations on long term off-take contracts for the Outer Harbor Project in South Australia.

John Nicholson

Steve has more than 25 years of experience securing environmental approvals for some of the world’s largest and most complex projects. He brings significant expertise across all stages of the project lifecycle in government negotiations, environmental management and project leadership.

Sylvia Rapo
corporate affairs, STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
Sylvia has over 20 years of experience as a corporate affairs and communications and engagement specialist. Sylvia is the Managing Principal of JBS&G’s Corporate Affairs service, Consentium where she leads a range of projects that focus on engaging communities.
Sylvia has spent time working for both major political parties in South Australia as an advisor including as a media advisor to a former Deputy Premier and Treasurer.
More recently, Sylvia has led corporate affairs and communications functions within the private sector across a range of industries including oil and gas, energy infrastructure and defence. She has worked within ASX and internationally listed companies and has formal qualifications in Marine Science.
